As part of a £20 million relocation project, it was essential that all of our contractors delivered their various services not only on time, but to the high standards we have requested throughout the project. Your work in conjunction with architects to come up with the right finish on our new meeting rooms tables was excellent, as was the clever re-use of our Eames table bases. But perhaps the most effective part of your contribution to the project was the refurbishment of our much loved set of 150 Charles Eames meeting room chairs. While there were many enquiries from people who thought and hoped we might replace them, clearly a set of chairs of this quality were merely in need of some “TLC” which your team have clearly done. It is now quite tricky to see which chairs have received a complete overhaul, to those which have simply required a light buffing, such is the consistency of the work carried out.”
